FL-CHAN

FL-Chan (Also known as "Fruity Loops-Chan" or just "Fruity Loops") is an UTAU voice created using the "Child" text-to-speech voice in the music production software FL-Studio. FL-chan was introduced as the official character with the release of FL Studio 8 in March 2008. The developer Didier Dambrin was moved by Hatsune Miku, and he wrote in the internet forum that he wanted a character which was like Habanero-tan for FL Studio. A Japanese illustrator Uruido saw Didier's post, then he had the official request from Didier and conceptualized FL-chan. The voicebank is Kana encoded by default, Western users may need to manually encode Romanji. The downloadable was sourced from this DeviantArt post. Full credits to bluuberrii for the original upload, and the site that they pulled it from.
The voicebank installs as a usual UTAU voicebank. On windows, the average installation starts with having two windows open in the files app. One containing the UTAU program files [the folder inside labeled "voice"], and the other window having the unzipped file. You can drag and drop the folder you want to the UTAU voice folder.
There are no specified terms of usage for this voicebank, it's free to be used for monetary gain. The FL-Studio text-to-speech is free to use for UTAU purposes, but usually needs proper oto-ing. Though this bank has been pre-oto'd. This is a completely legal port.
